An honest hello and some fluffy inspiration

It’s been a long time since I have written. My life hit a huge turning point that put me into a complete state of stillness and I’m just going to say it: agony.

But as the saying goes time is a healer (supposedly?), and along with loss comes my never fading love. Time has passed and I’m finally finding myself feeling a state of refreshment and able to move forward.

I am writing here as well as on my new Substack account.I’ve been noticing people posting on there and it reminded me of the good old days of blogging I used to enjoy. The true, casual, passionate, reflective freedom of personal expression. So I am going to try and find that old self of mine that didn’t over analyse and have fun posting for my enjoyment, and if other people enjoy it too, well that is a huge bonus.

So my first post begins with the theme of fluffy textures. I have found myself drawn to all kinds:, furry, feathery, fleecy – you name it. I can’t help myself but to admire.

In my old school manner I have compiled some images from my tumblr account to showcase what is my current mental moodboard.

P.S my tumblr turned 15 years old 2 days ago which is somewhat disturbing yet truly joyful.
