It is an age old habit of mine, as soon as the month of August rolls around, my mind begins to swarm around the notion of autumn. Ever since I was young I have found my mind planning ahead, although being in the full thrall of summer, my brain seems to wander to the next season. I remember being a young teenager on a plane to a summer holiday destination, anxiously pouring through the September issue of Vogue, folding the corners of multiple pages to compile my absolutely necessary wishlist that I knew I could never have.

It seems I haven't grown up, nearly a decade later I still carry the same habits, albeit slightly different with my wishlist being compartmentalised within my brain, rather than the folded pages of magazines.

Currently, I cannot help but let my mind wander to think about thick oversized wool and cashmere jumpers, comfortable jeans, two tonal ballerina flats, and the not so wintery exception of extra large sunglasses necessary for the low autumn sun. I understand organisation can never be a bad thing, with October only being six weeks away, I hope to be wearing something similar (probably lest costly) to these outfits in the not so distant future.
